What we read off a site

  • Timber deck
  • Stone-clad pool wall
  • Frangipani, bamboo-braced
  • Bare ground

Our own site photo, June 2025. This is what we start with.

What we build

Eight things we do, and we do them ourselves

Agus and two crew, two projects at a time. No subcontracting the work out.

  • New garden build

Bare ground to finished garden, plants, soil and stonework included.

  • Garden renovation

Overgrown or dead garden brought back, keeping what's worth keeping.

  • Lawn installation

Gajah mini or Japanese grass, laid and levelled.

  • Plants and flowers

Ornamental plants supplied and planted, sourced to your budget.

  • Vertical garden

Green walls for narrow side yards and blank villa walls.

  • Ponds and water features

Koi ponds, wall spouts, still-water features.

  • Stone, paving and pathways

River stone, natural stone, stepping paths and terraces.

  • Monthly maintenance

Mowing, fertilizing, pest control on a fixed visit schedule.

Every photo here was taken by us on a job. We have not filled the gaps with stock images — where a finished shot is missing, the slot says so.

In writing

Your plants are guaranteed in writing

Every project comes with a guarantee period based on its value. During that period we visit once a week to check and care for the garden, and we replace plants that don't make it. No extra charge.

Guarantee starts on handover day.

Scope

What we don't do

We build gardens, we don't draw them. If you want a designed plan, bring your architect's or designer's drawing and we'll build from it. We also don't take on:

  • garden lighting
  • irrigation and sprinkler systems
  • drainage
  • gazebos, decking and pergolas
  • large tree relocation

Anything on that list, we'll tell you straight away and point you to someone who does it.

    You message us

  5. 05

    We build

A medium garden takes about a week, longer on difficult ground.

How pricing works

There’s no fixed price per metre, because two gardens the same size can differ by triple depending on plant choice and materials. We quote after seeing the site: plants, soil, stone and labour listed separately, so you can adjust before we start. The site visit costs nothing and doesn’t commit you to anything.

Questions

Asked often enough to publish

Do you work outside Canggu?

Canggu, Seminyak, Pererenan, Cemagi, Seseh, Tanah Lot, Kerobokan and Umalas are our regular area. Ubud and Uluwatu we take on request. We don't cover Kintamani, Karangasem, Buleleng or Jembrana.

How long does a garden take?

About a week for a medium garden. Difficult access or heavy stonework adds time — we'll tell you the honest number at the survey.

Can you maintain the garden after it's built?

Yes. Monthly maintenance on a fixed visit schedule: mowing, fertilizing and pest control. Most clients start it when the guarantee period ends.

What if plants die?

Inside the guarantee period we replace them at no charge, and we're already visiting weekly to catch problems early.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Message in English or Indonesian, whichever you prefer.

We're renting the villa out — can you work while guests are there?

Usually yes, with the noisy work scheduled around check-ins. Tell us the booking dates at the survey and we'll plan around them.

No charge, no commitment
